  The food and drink was nice but my god the service was painfully slow. I assumed the steak would be aged before going on the menu but it felt like I had to wait for the aging process once ordered. Would have been an easy 4 stars otherwise.

  Just had three delicious meals at the Highwayman Inn. Celebrating my Son's Birthday. The Pub has a lovely atmosphere & the service was excellent. Highly recommend it.

  My wife and I have been going to the Highwayman for over 20 years. If you remember as we do how fantastic it was all those years ago you will be pleased to hear the new owners have got the place back to how good it used to be.
  Fantastic home cooked food.
  Beer is well looked after
  Friendly happy staff
  Fab beer garden
  Cozy dining room with a real fire
  And a great bar where the owners have been careful not to upset the drinkers by keeping it a bar!
  Not fast food and all the better for it.
